I look after the project side of things at UNIO, making sure our transcription and labelling teams are actually delivering what they’re supposed to. My background is in audio and digital production, which helps me turn complicated technical needs into a solid plan for the team. I’m mostly focused on making sure the data we provide to AI companies is accurate, reliable, and delivered at the scale they need
My background is a bit of a blend: recruitment and capability building on one side, and music production on the other. It means I understand both the human side of building a team and the technical side of audio quality. I’ve focused on creating recruitment and training workflows that are actually thorough and ethical, so our teams can consistently hit the high standards that AI and tech companies expect from us.
With over eight years of experience managing teams for top-tier tech companies, I oversee the day-to-day delivery of our global projects at UNIO. I’ve learned how to scale teams quickly without losing quality, even when we’re running several projects at the same time. I focus on building a collaborative team environment, which I believe is the only way to get the high-level, detailed data that modern AI models really need.
Linguistic Project Manager (Africa & UK)
Based in the UK, I manage our teams across Africa to deliver large-scale transcription and translation projects. I’m really focused on finding and developing talent in regions that often get overlooked, helping local speakers turn their skills into a career in the global tech space. We’ve built a remote culture that’s all about doing work efficiently and providing the high quality data.
Strategic Partnerships & Indic Language Lead
I focus on sourcing talent and building the partnerships necessary to power AI across the Indian subcontinent. With deep expertise in Indic dialects, I ensure our partners have the cultural and phonetic accuracy needed to reach the next billion users. My goal is to bridge this divide by providing high-quality, localized training data to the tech leaders of the world.
Global Quality Lead & Project Lead (SE Asia)
I serve a dual role at UNIO, managing our specialized linguistic teams in Indonesia and the Philippines while spearheading Global Quality Assurance and Data Analysis. By leveraging robust analytical frameworks, I oversee the integrity of our transcription and sentiment mapping pipelines across all regions. My focus is on driving the data-driven improvements and rigorous QA standards that allow our global operations to deliver the high-fidelity results required for complex AI training.
Senior Project Manager (East Asia)
With over eight years of experience leading UNIO’s most sensitive linguistic projects across Asia, I manage accredited translation teams for the world’s top technology platforms. I specialize in overseeing confidential, high-stakes audio and text annotation pipelines. I am committed to cultivating a culture of precision, ensuring our East Asian operations meet the most rigorous standards for modern AI development.
I manage the daily execution of our linguistic and transcription initiatives across the Middle East and Europe. My focus is on the seamless delivery of localized speech data, ensuring our workflows remain agile and efficient.
