Scope
This policy applies to:
- All UNIO Global employees, contractors, consultants, and directors.
- Any third parties or partners acting on behalf of UNIO Global.
It guides our recruitment, training, talent management, daily operations, and external partnerships, including those within the space, AI, and data services ecosystems.
Definitions

Roles and Responsibilities
- Leadership: UNIO Global leadership is responsible for setting the tone on DEI, role modeling inclusive behaviors, and ensuring that DEI principles are integrated into business strategy and operations.
- All Personnel: Every employee, contractor, and consultant is responsible for fostering a workplace culture of respect, inclusion, and fairness, and for adhering to this policy and related procedures.
- Management and HR: Managers and HR personnel are responsible for ensuring that DEI objectives are reflected in recruitment, performance management, and team development, and for addressing any breaches of this policy promptly and effectively.
Reporting and Accountability
- Raising concerns: Individuals are encouraged to report suspected breaches of this policy or related concerns regarding discrimination, harassment, or exclusionary behavior. Reports can be made to a direct manager, senior management, or the designated compliance contact.
- Non-retaliation: UNIO Global prohibits retaliation against any person who, in good faith, raises a concern or reports a suspected violation of this policy.
- Consequences of non-compliance: Breaches of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or engagement.
